What to Expect

 
 

In our first session, we’ll spend some time getting to know each other. I want to hear your story and how I can best support you. Moving forward, we’ll use our sessions to process emotions, set healthy boundaries, rebuild self-care, and cultivate more peace. We will pray together, explore God’s truth for your life, and use The Adult Chair® model to overcome your valleys.

  • I offer an initial 25-minute consultation for free.

  • After that, sessions are 50 minutes long and $100 per session. 

  • Session can be by video conference or in person in the Richmond, VA area.
